In agreement with you we will review the cost effectiveness of all your resources.  This is achieved predominantly by observing all aspects/departments/parts of the business and asking questions.  Cooperation is essential for any possible improvements to happen.  

We understand that employees can potentially feel uneasy about having unknown strangers being inquisitive/intrusive. Please be reassured that we behave in a manner that mitigates such fears.
